The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal. The living room has a new sofa, loveseat, and chair. Relax after a long day of trail riding in front of the electric fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV with WiFi access. An exterior common area has picnic tables, charcoal grills, and fire rings for your enjoyment. Parking is available for 2 vehicles and trailers only. Additional parking is available in our overflow lot by permit only at a rate of $10 per day. A cleaning fee of $95 is not included in the nightly rate. This charge will be added to your balance due 14 days before arrival. Any damage to the unit, including broken or missing items, will be charged after your stay at replacement value. The Eagle Loft Suite sleeps 2 people in a Queen size bed. You have a private, full bathroom to wash away the dirt from a day of trail riding before climbing into the new mattress for a good nights rest. A small refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, as well as dining table is provided. The room also has a 55 inch Roku TV with free wifi sitting atop an electic fireplace. Outside of the double doors is a private balcony overlooking campground. This suite is on second floor and accessible only by stairs. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 people. Each site is limited to one vehicle and one trailer. Additional parking is available in our overflow lot by permit only at a rate of $10 per day. A cleaning fee of $60 is not included in the nightly rate. This charge will be added to your balance due 14 days before Arrival. Any damage to the unit, including broken or missing items, will be charged after your stay at replacement value.
