This is a brand new mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, full modern kitchen with all utensils, 55 inch TV with WiFi. Sleeps 12 with (1) king size bunk beds, (1) queen size bunk beds, and (1) full size bunk beds. All linens are furnished. It is located on a beautiful shaded site with a charcoal grill, picnic table, and fire ring. Price includes 2 adults and 2 children. Additional people will increase your nightly rate by $10 for each person. Each site is limited to one vehicle and one trailer. Additional parking is available in our overflow lot by permit only at a rate of $10 per day. Maximum occupancy is 12. A cleaning fee of $165 is not included in the nightly rate. This charge will be added to your balance due 14 days before arrival.

The Eagle Loft Suite sleeps 2 people in a Queen size bed. You have a private, full bathroom to wash away the dirt from a day of trail riding before climbing into the new mattress for a good nights rest. A small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot as well as dining table is provided. The room also has a 55 inch Roku TV with free wifi sitting atop an electic fireplace. Outside of the double doors is a private balcony overlooking campground. This suite is on second floor and accessible only by stairs. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 people. Each site is limited to one vehicle and one trailer. Additional parking is available in our overflow lot by permit only at a rate of $10 per day. A cleaning fee of $60 is not included in the nightly rate. This charge will be added to your balance due 14 days before Arrival. Any damage to the unit, including broken or missing items, will be charged after your stay at replacement value.

The camper sits on a spacious site tucked into a quiet line of trees, with a peaceful creek running just behind it—perfect for a serene, nature-filled escape.

Relax in this upgraded 30' couple's coach—perfect for two! Enjoy a plush camper king bed (king-size sheet recommended), a 55" TV in the living area, and a second upgraded TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with a crockpot (liners provided & required), toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, floss picks, Q-tips, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Unwind outdoors on the private luxury comfort turf, along with a fire ring and picnic table—a perfect touch of nature and comfort. Guests must bring their own grill if they would like to do outdoor cooking.
